To ensure the longevity of your products, routine maintenance should be performed every six months. Coastal properties are at a higher risk of corrosion and should be maintained every three months although we highly recommend monthly maintenance for units installed within one mile of coastal water.
Do not clean or scrub exterior surfaces excessively and refrain from using wire brushes, pressure washers or cleaning tools that can potentially scratch or harm surfaces. When cleaning, first start with wood or clad surfaces, followed by glass and ending with weather stripping, hardware and locking points.
